Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding in 20110

We're very happy with the product, a little bit of confusion when it came to installing it. They were supposed to rip off the clapboard and didn't, so they had to come and start over. They did a beautiful job. They were a little pricey. Had several estimates, and they all fell into the same price catagory. I just thought 5K was a little much, for the back of a two level townhouse.

When we met with the salesperson, he promised us that we would have a person who communicated well on site at all times. He also told us that he would be available as our "go to" person for the whole job. On the morning of the job, it was raining lightly. We did not want to have the roof done in the rain, so we tried to communicate with the workers, but none of them understood us. The salesman who was supposed to be our go to guy didn't start work until noon, and it was only 7:30 am. Also, they were supposed to walk over the whole roof with us to show us the condition of the underlying wood, but the language barrier made that hard also.
