Adam Lucey with Sturdy Home Improvement was very helpful in answering several questions on windows and siding. He assisted us with decisions and a few changes from our original plans. He got all the materials that I had found on the web, the colors were exactly what we wanted. If there was something he couldn't do or couldn't locate, he gave us several other options and let us decide which route we wanted to take rather than sell us on something we really didn't want. This company has chartered a new course. I had a project during the summer/fall with this company which was managed and executed by the previous management regime. It did not proceed according to expectations and created a lot of personal frustration. The company turned the corner in October with the addition of Sam Rosario to manage the operation and customer care process. I will state that Sam took personal control of the situation and ensured completion of the project to my satisfaction. Through my dealings with him, I found Sam to be a man of integrity and honesty.
