On the whole, very professional and courteous. The original quotes were very fair. Communication was often quite poor, however. They dropped the ball twice ordering certain items, which delayed the completion of the project significantly. Also, "additional" costs at the end, when I decided to make some minor modifications, left a sour feeling -- esp. given the cost of the entire project. That said, a good job overall. The subcontractors they hired did a thorough, painstaking job. Would hire again.

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 48071
They really took time to go over and explain all the options. If they finish the work as well as they introduced it , that would be great. So far I am satisfied. Now that the roof is finished, I was impressed wioth the crew, they worked with only a lunch break, clean up was good. The only wrinkle was the time it took getting the pallets picked up, but they did a good job once they got here.
