Fran did our windows, siding, roof, and gutters. She is a great communicator and advocates well for her customer. A lot of contractors will speak poorly of contractors who use subcontractors. I think that this is a great position to be in. You have someone who is not afraid of confronting issues on the job and making sure that things are done properly. My house looks great, even though it is not done yet. I am very happy with the quality of work, materials, and overall project.

Fran is very nice, professional, and detail-oriented. The price is reasonaly good, they did a terrific job. After they finished working on our window seals, I found we could not lock the windows. Fran inspected the windows, and found out it was because we did not move the windows after
the painting work. Even though it is not Exterior Alternative's fault, Fran and her workers are so nice that they unstuck all the windows for us. We are very happy with their work, and would highly recommend them to our friends.

Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding in 23233
Exterior Alternatives did an excellent job removing our old siding and replacing it with CraneBoard Solid Core vinyl siding. Fran was very intent on meeting our needs and responded quickly to each request. She was honest with her estimate and did not try to sell us anything we did not want or need. The job was completed on schedule and on budget, and the house looks like new! We would recommend Exterior Alternatives to anyone looking to replace siding.
