The success of any business is communications with the customer and PWHI dropped the ball in this department. We have not heard from them since we sent them their money even though they promised a "30 day followup" for any problems. They also did not respond to our repeated requests for a cost breakdown for our project. However, the team that actually installed the siding did a superb job.

Overall, it was good. The estimator was professional and prepared. The work was done in one day and done very well. I have one minor complaint about the number of nails left in the yard.

Overall the project went well. We love the new look of the siding. Scheduling the siding was easy and the isntallers were very professional. The instaltation of the rear entry door and bathroom windows weren't isntalled until after the siding which made it more difficult. The fence portion was very difficult to schudule and turned out fair. THe fense shoudl probably have had a brace atthe midpoint.
