Mark was extremely personable, neat, and concerned about protecting surrounding furniture and bringing in the hose through a snowy entryway. He color tested before treating a light floral sofa set and then used the gentlest, most effective cleaning materials. I was very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend this company to friends.

Linda worked hard to meet my schedule for steam cleaning of a sofa and mattress. Gene, the man who did the work, was timely, polite and friendly, and did a thorough job. The sofa especially dried very quickly. The price was competitive. Overall great experience!
