Very Friendly, professional and personable guys came to clean my couch and chair with ottoman. The only issue that came up was that one of their trucks broke down, therefore they were running late getting to my house and I was told they had the incorrect phone number so they didn't call me until I called them. I was a little annoyed but they were apologetic and did get the job done quickly and thoroughly.

We had originally scheduled a cleaning one day and they were unable to show up due to mechanical problems, when called about it. They were apologetic and prompt to reschedule and offered discount. While there, they were friendly, prompt, and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone needing upholstry cleaning.
