This is a husband/wife team. I spoke w/ Caroline first and she gave me a quote, when I spoke w/ George it was a bit higher and by far the highest bid I received. George brought down his price to be competitive w/ the other bids I received so I decided to hire him. He was right on time and did a fantastic job. I would use him again and highly recommend.

Mark called within minutes of receiving my request for service. He explained the entire process to me and was able to come to my home on the day that worked best for my schedule. Mark was extremely personable, neat, and concerned about protecting surrounding furniture and bringing in the hose through a snowy entryway. He color tested before treating a light floral sofa set and then used the gentlest, most effective cleaning materials. I was very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend this company to friends.
