It was a great experience. I was unsure if the couch needed to be steam-cleaned or dry-cleaned, becasue of the material. Abdullah and Paul came to the house and did a test run on one spot of the couch. They said when it dried to see how it turned out and to let them know. We ended up going with the steam-clean because it turned out much better.
When they came back, they were in and out in no time. The couch and chair look great. They were very professional yet personable at the same time.

I had a very small job - actually only an arm of a brand new sofa that got soiled thanks to the family cat. The techs said that if they couldn't make it look better - there'd be no charge. Well, they did make it look much better so I was happy to pay for the service. My brand new couch is saved.
