Lance called ahead as requested and showed up right on time. He was friendly, courteous and professional and did a great job explaining the process of cleaning our sofa and what he was doing. He also made time to provide an estimate on cleaning our carpets which we will probably hire Fiber Clean to do. Very good experience - my only nit is that the sofa cushions took more like 12 hours to thoroughly dry, not the 3 that Lance said they would take. I also found a cleaning brush under one of the sofa cushions that he mistakenly left behind.
