My first contact was with Lisa who was curtious and professional. She scheduled my appointment with Chris and Mike who arrived on time to clean my love seats and chairs. They were professional and thorough. Chris answered all my questions regarding the fabric of my pieces with respect to the treatment. He is highly knowledgable and his pricing his very fair. I would highly recommend Cousin's Carpet & Upholstery!

Lisa was a complete doll over the phone, and when Chris arrived to do our couch, he was completely sweet and professional. He was in and out in about 15 minutes! Will definitely use them again!
