The only reason I don't give them a 5 star is because our chair that was cleaned is still drying and the cleaner that was used, that smell is still present. Once that goes away I'll know for sure whether the urine smell is gone. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions. On the whole I appreciated the service very much as we had been dealing with this problem for almost a year and was ready to throw the almost new recliner chair out.

We had our sofa, loveseat, and recliner steam cleaned and protected with scotch gaurd. I received calls from three cleaning companies within minutes of being on ServiceMagic. Bill Long was wonderful! We were expecting guests and needed the couch/chair/ottoman cleaned ASAP. Bill came out on a weeeknd, evaluated our difficult fabric, selected the proper cleaning method and our previously beautiful beige furniture (prior to dogs and greasy kids!) was returned to like new condition! We were so impressed we will be using Go Green to do the carpet and the persian rugs in the future.
