I hired Michigan Carpet Cleaning to clean a sofa and loveseat. Both came out beautiful and I would hire them again. I rated 4 out of 5 only because my appointment was at 1:00, but he did not arrive until 2:30. I had received a call earlier in the day stating he was running approximately 45 minutes behind. I do understand that it is hard to estimate how long an appointment will last since sometimes the job just takes longer than anticipated.
