They gave us an estimate in a timely manner, came and did the work within a couple of weeks of being notified that they had been given the work, gave advice on what to do about several other trees in our yard. The workers were very neat and tidied up after themselves, but basically trampled the plantings at the base of the tree. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work they did.
