Aric contacted me very quickly for the first contact, which I appreciated. He also gave a same day estimate for the project. We took a day or so to get back to him, requesting that they complete the work. Unfortunately, Aric had some last minute personnel issues that made it difficult for him to complete the project when we requested. Because of that, he advised we work with another company. I really appreciated how honest he was about the situation and that honesty makes me want to recommend him. However, only 3 stars because we didn't actually get to see his work.
