The Plant Connection did not initially respond to my query at ServiceMagic, saying that they hadn't received it after 24 hours. Upon calling directly, they immediately responded and a quoted was given the following day. The work was performed a day later after signing the contract and making sure that I would get (and did receive) a labor release for all persons who worked on the project. They were on time, did the work, and cleaned up properly. Completely satisfied.
