I live here in California so my contact with Tree Fellers was telephonic and electronic. Michael called and gave me a reasonable estimate after looking at the trees. We agreed on price, date of work to be done, and an e-mail informing me of completion along with the invoice. I messaged Tree Fellers that the check would be mailed that very day and I got a "thank you" response all most at once. Michael did a great job. He prepared the permit application for the Conservation Commision and presented the job at the hearing to obtain the permit for pruning and removing trees. He and his crew showed up when they promised and completed the job quickly and for a fair price. Extremely professional; great communication. I highly recommend them.
