They were not only on time, they were actually early. They got right down to work -- or should I say they got right UP to work since the job involved a repair to siding trim that was 30+ feet above ground. Although this was a small job, they did it with professionalism, cleaned up after themselves and once they were gone, there were no ugly remnants leftover on the lawn below the repair. Too often, repairman don't clean up after themselves; but except for the fact that the repair was made, there was no other way to tell they had been there. I'd say it was a job well done.

We had a leak in the roof and contacted Service Magic for assistance. East Coast showed up promptly, took a look at the overall roof and then went into the attic. After coming out of the attic he advised us that there were several leaks and the roof needed to be replaced. We were concerned about whether this was in fact the status - or if he was trying to sell a roof replacement job that was not actually needed. The matter was settled when he said that we needed to get a specialist in replacing roofing. His business was limited to repairs. We knew than that the roof really needed replacing, and appreciated his service and advice.
