After waiting for a day after my submission, I called the office and left a message, but recieved no call back. The next day, I called his cellphone and he said that he was very busy and hadn't yet gotten to all his messages. You may need to call him right away on his cellphone. We arranged a day and time for him to come and inspect the problem. He was on time and very courteous. The problem was just a sealing issue and he fixed it on the spot and charged me a very reasonable amount. I am very happy with Tim Smith Roofing.
