Had to wait a little to get it going but once the job got started work was quickly performed. Pricing was flexible. Ended up giving contractor extra projects related to original job due to price break negotiated.
Had to touch up one repair job myself but it's just me being a perfectionist. Job was done quickly without regards for cosmetic appearance, the reason for the less than perfect rating. However the main repair job, roof repair seem to be have held up well after 3-4 rain events much better than the 'band-aid' attempts by the past two contractors. This one offered a three-year warranty which is unusual and I hope I would not need it.
