Jeff from Shands Roofing was very good. He researched what shingles qualified for the gov. rebate & his estimate was reasonable. His roofers seemed to know what they were doing but they apparently were used to working on new construction not someone's home. They left cigarette butts all around my house & yard. I specifically asked if they used the magnet to pick up any nails. I was told yes. After picking up 1/2 box of nails myself, I called Jeff. He sent them out asap to pick up the nails & the butts.
My roof looks fabulous. No problems so far with all the rain we have been having.

Mr. simmons was the only one of the three roofers who came on the appointed day and time. He inspected the roof and gave me a oral bid. That evening he sent a writen contract. His roofers came on time and did a good job. My problem roof is no longer a problem. He did some extra work and did within the origianal cost to me. I am very pleased.
