We had a thorough analysis of the roof problems and a fair estimate. There was a little disconnect between acceptance of bid and scheduling. The crew arrived early the morning after I first expected them due to weather predictions. They worked hard and fast. I would have liked to have had an inside the attic inspection after the old shingles were removed because of several splintered boards that were only discernable from inside; this would have saved time and effort later. I would suggest more than one English-speaker to accompany the workers.
