Jeff from Shands Roofing was very good. He researched what shingles qualified for the gov. rebate & his estimate was reasonable. His roofers seemed to know what they were doing but they apparently were used to working on new construction not someone's home. They left cigarette butts all around my house & yard. I specifically asked if they used the magnet to pick up any nails. I was told yes. After picking up 1/2 box of nails myself, I called Jeff. He sent them out asap to pick up the nails & the butts.
My roof looks fabulous. No problems so far with all the rain we have been having.

THERE WERE MANY PROBLEMS, BUT ONLY AFTER THE ROOF WAS DONE THAT I NOTICED THE MANY THINGS. I WAS TOLD BY MR WEAVER OF ANC THAT THE SPOUTS WERE CLEAN FROM DEBRIE. MY PAINTER TOLD ME TO CLIMB THE LADDER AND SH0WED ME THE SPOUT IN THE FRONT LEFT SIDE OF GARAGE AND THERE WAS TILE PIECES AND ALOT OF CEMENT. THE COLOR OF THE PIECES WERE FROM THIS JOB, BECAUSE THE LAST TILE WAS GREEN. WE ARE STILL PICKING UP NAILS ON OUR SHOES FROM THE LAWN AND WILL NOT LET ANY KIDS PLAY ON THE GRASS UNTIL WE ARE SURE THE NAILS ARE ALL REMOVED. THE HEAVY DUMPSTER THAT WAS PLACED ON THE DRIVEWAY LEFT THREE PAVERS BUSTED. THIS IS A FEW OF THE PROBLEMS.
