THey were very quick to respond and provide an estimate. The crew showed up on time and did the work required. The actual quality of the work was just okay. THe color match was fair,but the holes they patched were made by birds and they did not put any of the matieral in that would discourage the birds from repecking the holes. I have been on the ladder myself trying to patch the small holes the birtds have made again. I have been told there is materail that the birds cannot peck through, and I would have thought they would use this. The repair becomes pointless if they did not use the best material for the type of damage.
