I needed a mold remediation expert to check out the house before I bought it. Shawn Greener was very professional & quite the expert. He was available by phone for all my many questions & concerns. He brought a ton of specialized tools to assess the situation & was extremely thorough.

I plan on using Greener's Cleaners to finish the project once I've moved in. He also really impressed the seller who apparently followed him around like a puppy dog. The seller had not believed there even WAS an air quality problem before Shawn showed up & now he's paying for half the repairs.
