After the job was completed, some mold re-appeared on a new piece of baseboard that they installed in the bathroom. We will need to see if there are any plumbing leaks that are causing this (there was no water in the vicinity at the time that the work was done). I'm contacting a plumber who will come out to check.

Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents in 70462

Gulf States Remediation were hired to do the cleaning of the HVAC system and ducts in the parsonage. The jpb was done quickly and at the price stated. However, a written report including before and after photographs of the system were to be furnished as part of the job and to document the effectiveness of the service. Contact has been made with Marcus at Gulf States remediation concerning this documentation and promises have been received that the documentation will be received no later than given DATES. This report and associated photographs HAVE NOT been furnished as of October 23, 2009. This is several weeks past the last promised date.
