Rick from BioScience is amazing. I was having huge mold problems in a condo I own out of state and was very anxious and upset about it. After I called Service Magic, Rick called me immediately and was able to put me at ease right away. He was very knowledgeable not only about the mold remediation but also about the insurance process and health laws and was able to explain every single step to me in a way that I could understand.
