They were able to come the same week I called them to give me an estimate, then when I was ready to have the work done, they were able to come the same week I called them and said I was ready to have them come.
They were able to do the job at a much lower cost than the other companies I got estimates from. Their price was in line with what our insurance would pay for, for mold clean out.
They finished the job in time of what they said they would.

Oncall was great. I was told by a home inspector a truss was loose. Tanner assured me that there wasn't a problem, he climbed into the attic and investigated the problem first hand.
thought it was kind of odd though, he didn't bring a ladder. I didn't mind letting him use mine, but what if I didn't have one?
