Start to finish, they were wonderful. Their communication was excellent and they kept every appointment. They explained exactly what they were going to do, orally and in writing, and did it. Not only were they completely professional, they were friendly and easy to talk to, and gave us plenty of advice on avoiding future moisture problems in our house. What other company would tell you how NOT to use their services in the future? They also helped us find a contractor to repair the drywall in our house, and he was also a gem. Cannot praise these guys enough!
