He was just fine but forgot to put us down on his schedule for the set up appointment. On that Friday. So we had to push it back a day after I had spent a couple of hours waiting for him at my daughters house. And I had to call him to reschedule. When he did get there though on Saturday, he did a great job and I do understand that these mix ups happen. It was just a little inconvenient.

The company responded well to our request. Mr. Bennett made an appointment that was convientant for us, but not so for himself. That showed me that he is the ultimate professional and customer service is his number 1 priority. He arrived on-time as agreed, did the job, cleaned up, briefed us and left. Two small spots returned shortly after the carpets dried, but they were small and we expected as much. If anyone asks me, Bennett Restoration & Cleaning LLC will be my recommendation.
