I worked with Kate Mozgawa, as the contractor manager. She is very knowledgeable and was very willing to work with me and my schedule. She had a detailed schedule of how and when the work was going to happen. We kept in contact by cell phone when we needed to communicate with each other. The job was removing all wall borad and 2 x 4's due to the contamination. Mold testing was performed and saftey issues were inforced. She was very helpful in arranging and contracting a remodeling company to reinforce the stairway. I am very pleased with the results that Puro Clean of Madison performed. I would highly recommend them.

PuroClean came to my house and did the checking and felt it needed to be done. Did not consider my basement difficult. Then said he would contact me that week end to get it done on Monday or Tuesday. No call for a week so I called him and again that he would write up the quote send it to me,,,,never heard from him again....He did say his wife was very sick which I understand but I needed to at least have a phone to tell or if he could do the mold clean up. His assessment of the situation was very understandable and he seemed like the right man for the job.
