They were the only people who showed up with all the equipment necessary to properly assess the problem. Guy explained the process fully. The job was done with a minimum amount of disruption. After the job was completed I had the air quality technician remarked on what a through job Guy and his crew had done. This view was later reiterated when the insulation crew came to re-insulate the attic areas. I would have no compuction in reccommending Guy to do mold removal.

The PuroClean Restoration specialist was professional, courteous, thorogh and quite effecient in correcting the problem in my basement. They were prepared and worked carefully and expertly to remove the black mold and moisture. They also know exactly how to handle the insurance claim and worked directly with the company.
