Jim and Colleen were both just great to work with. Colleen is extremely professional. She was great in setting up appointments and she had great attention to detail. Jim has been in this business for many years, and he clearly knows his stuff. Our finished basement was flooded with a couple inches of water in late August, and we did get some mold growth as a result. Jim's team tore out the lower half of all the drywall and the flooring that remained. Then they treated the entire basement with a biocide in order to ensure that we would have no mold growth once we finished the basement again. They were very efficient. They completed the job on schedule and on budget. Jim's team worked hard and they were also neat and considerate. I would highly recommend Jim, Colleen and their team.
