Words truly can't describe how pleased I was with GPS. JD was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. I felt very comfortable during the initial process. The work itself was done exactly as described (I think even a little extra was thrown in), and the quote was exactly as described as well. Another HUGE plus was having all aspects of the remediation handled by ONE company - what a time saver. I have already recommended GPS to 2-3 friends, and plan to continue doing so. GPS made a *really* bad situation so much easier to deal with, and took a load off my shoulders. And at a very competitive price :)

After I was able to get someone to respond to my request who was Ms. Elizabeth Haggard, Director……..she started the ball to rolling….set up an appt. came out looked at the problems…sent me an estimate… just when she had promised,…decided to hire her company…..we set up a time to start..she came back with the team ,Mr Charles Athearn was the restoration technician.. he was conscientious, through,on time,knowledgeable..very pleasant young man…. Went above and beyond… finished the job on time……I was pleased with the work…..I am considering hiring for another restoration project…Thank you Atlanta Cerrified!!

Charles Athearn was the project manager and he and Elizabeth Haggard gave us in writing complete steps of the remediation project. They kept in touch with us while on the property and went out of their way to get the job done in best way possible. I have already given Charles and ACR's name to my friends if they are in need of mold remediation. They were reliable, professional and we trusted them 100%! They gave us advice on how to move on with the reconstruction and what to do with furniture exposed to the mold. Great job by ACR!
