Jay called me right away, and his project manager came to my home to inspect the damage within the hour. VERY PROFESSIONAL group of people. Well the work has been completed for a while now, and I am extremely happy. Everything that they said they were going to do was done, and they completed the project very quickly. The price they charged was more than fair as my insurance company did not cover the damages. I couldn't be happier with the folks at North Star and will recommend them to all my family and friends.
