After I was able to get someone to respond to my request who was Ms. Elizabeth Haggard, Director……..she started the ball to rolling….set up an appt. came out looked at the problems…sent me an estimate… just when she had promised,…decided to hire her company…..we set up a time to start..she came back with the team ,Mr Charles Athearn was the restoration technician.. he was conscientious, through,on time,knowledgeable..very pleasant young man…. Went above and beyond… finished the job on time……I was pleased with the work…..I am considering hiring for another restoration project…Thank you Atlanta Cerrified!!

Charles Athearn was the project manager and he and Elizabeth Haggard gave us in writing complete steps of the remediation project. They kept in touch with us while on the property and went out of their way to get the job done in best way possible. I have already given Charles and ACR's name to my friends if they are in need of mold remediation. They were reliable, professional and we trusted them 100%! They gave us advice on how to move on with the reconstruction and what to do with furniture exposed to the mold. Great job by ACR!

They did a great job and were less than half the price of what some other competitors wanted to charge. Other competitors tried to sneak in some extra work that did not need to be done, but Accuarate did only what was needed to alleviate the mold problem. They also came back out to explain their procedure to our prospective buyer which helped greatly in getting the house sold. They were quick and effieicient and very good at staying in contact. I would definitely recommend this company.
