Mike installed the system the next day following initial call and monitored radon concentration for several days after the installation to confirm successful mitigation of the problem. He took time to explain the mitigation process and found creative options to fit our vision. Mike found a discreet yet effective place (closet) to install the system and guaranteed to bring the radon concentration below the EPA threshold. What other vendors quoted 3x as much for without a guarantee to bring the concentration within the 'norm', Heartland Environmental accomplished that and more and with minimal investment. I love these guys!
