Ira was extremely professional, arrived on time, and took as much time as was necessary to inspect, explain, and field any and all questions that we had. He was very matter-of-fact and knowledgeable. On top of the visit, I placed additional calls to him following the inspection to ask follow-up questions; and, he answered the phone each time and took the time to field my questions in full.
