I spoke with John Dreves on several occassions. He was very responsive and provided me with a very reasonable quote on the demolishion of my house. However, I did decide to go with another company, this decision had nothing to do with IMPACT Services, Inc. I would recommend this company to anyone I know that is looking for demolishion services.

Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold in 45255
We bought a house that had some mold issues due to a leak in the roof. Impact Services was there to help us understand everything. Once we got a new roof put on, they came and cleaned out all of the mold, replaced the insulation, and ran hepa filters in the house for nearly a week. They were reasonably priced and seemed very caring and concerned about making sure our family was breathing clean air.
