Rob is very pleasant to work with and was very professional from the estimate through completion of the job. His quote was 16% less than the other one I received and included more work. During the estimate he showed me some potential problem areas and made recommendations on how to best accomplish what I wanted. He was on time and finished the job within the time estimate. He and his employee took their shoes off each time they came into the house, which I thought was very respectful. The completed job met and exceeded my expectations. My dingy, cracked, and stained 10 year old tile floors and showers look brand new again. Thanks Rob.
