Todd did a number of things right. He provided me with grout-related education both before I hired him and after the project was completed, he showed up exactly on time despite bad snow conditions, and took extra measures to ensure a quality job without charging me for the additional time. For a small job, the cost seemed high, but I didn't price compare so I don' t know if other companies would have charged the same.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and explained everything being done to clean my air ducts. He was a little late but made up for it by not charging to clean a couple of my area rugs. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

They called first to see if they could come earlier than original time, I agreed. Friendly and explained the service before starting. Very reasonably priced, no extra charges like other contractors, and happy so far with the completed service.
