Mr. Nixon stopped by beforehand, reviewed the work and gave us a fair price. We schedule an appointment for a week or so later. He arrived on time, did the work he said he'd do, and even a little bit more. He is friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. He was thoughtful enough to only mix grout in the bathroom, and vacuum/clean every step of the way. The work he did looks beautiful. I'd recommend him highly.

Tom Nixon responded promptly to the referral. He called and arranged to stop by the same evening to see the problem. After discussing our options, we settled on a plan and were quoted a very reasonable rate. We set a date for the work, and he arrived on time that day. His work was excellent. He did a thorough clean up. I will recommend him to friends and family without reservation!
