Mr. Johnny is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. We originally hired him to clean and seal the grout in our bathroom. During the cleaning he correctly identified a problem with the construction of our tile shower floor that would have certainly started leaking through the ceiling below over time. He promptly removed the old tile, eroded cement, and clogged drain and properly installed a whole new shower floor with even nicer tile than we had. Then he finished the original sealing job without delay.

Not only is Mr. Johnny a man who knows his craft, he is also articulate and very personable. I highly recommend his services.

We found Mr. Johnny to be professional and easy to work with. Though our project was small, he gave it attention as if it were a major remodelling job. We appreciated that he took the initiative to fix a cracked tile next to the bathtub - this was not part of the job but pleased me tremendously as the crack had been bugging me for years. He left a very clean work site. The caulking was excellent.
