Bob arrived at scheduled time both for estimate and to clean carpets and tile. He is not only very pleasant, but also quite committed to providing excellent service. The service was excellent, results were better than hoped for, and the price was quite reasonable! Absolutely wonderful - Bob called right away, arrived exactly when he said he would, and even offered me a solution of cleaner to try on my own, free of charge. Frankly, I can't say enough about his service! Simply excellent - thank you! I will definitely call him again when I require more carpet and upholstery cleaning!
