Excellent job, esp removing pet stains. On time and friendly service person. Only drawback: stairs remained wet for 3 days even though I used the AC as suggested. Had to keep towels on stairs for 3 days so we could use them without staining them because they were very wet (all bedrooms upstairs). Upgraded the basic cleaning service with deodorizing and scotch guard, so original quote was almost doubled; however, I believe this was a good idea.

HE DID A FABULOUS JOB AND WAS VERY NEAT CLEAN AND PERSONABLE. CARPETS LOOKED FABULOUS AND BELIEVE ME THEY WERE FILTHY AFTER WAITING UNTIL A LOT OF INSIDE WORK IN THE HOUSE WAS DONE.
I HAVE NO RESERVATION OF RATING HIM THE BEST EVEN OVER CHEM DRY.

Jesse called me very soon after I'd made the request on ServiceMagic. He was friendly, reasonable, and knowledgeable about his trade. He didn't "push" any extra services on me; only quoted what I asked about and was flexible in getting the jobs done asap. He worked diligently after explaining what he was doing and what to expect. He cleaned and protected all four of our bedroom carpets and then steam-cleaned my tiled areas. He answered most of my questions clearly with the exception of how to best maintain the new cleanliness of my tiled areas...no straight answer there. But EVERYTHING else was crystal-clear and beautifully cleaned!
