Rob was able to advise me of potential issues with cleaning of the specific pieces, and we discusses the options thoroughly. The results are great. The furniture is nearly dry, and I'm advised if there are any re-appearing odor issues, he'll return to do a second treatment at no additional charge! He was also very pleasant.
He also was able to look at another possible job (carpet stains) and give an accurate assessment for that room, to the owners of the house. I hope they contact him if they decide to use a professional, as I know they will be happy with the results, as I am with mine.
