COIT did an excellent job cleaning my ceramic tile and grout and then sealing the grout in my kitchen, walk-in coat closet, pantry, and powder room. John Foster arrived promptly within the estimated time frame and was able to clean, dry and seal all the areas (over 300 square feet) as well as make a grout repair in less than two hours. I'm extremely pleased with the results. When the job was done John clearly explained what to do/not to do immediately after as well as how to maintain the tile and grout over the long term. In addition to the excellent service, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use COIT again.
