Rick was really friendly and was thorough with giving us his business card and brochure all about his company. They were also the cheapest price and did a fair job. I didn't put 5 stars because the grout didn't really change color to what the original color was. From all the advertising I've seen, they show the dirt and grime from the grout being lifted off and showing its true original color. But over all I'm satisfied since our floors are cleaner.

They did a great cleaning job.
Need to be better at scheduling arrival time, or else calling ahead 30 minutes so we don't wait all morning.
Need to explain deep cleaning and regular cleaning when we book, so we book the right service.
I suggest they should ask if we have a pet and then warn us to put them someplace safe. I did not tell them about my cat because she was hiding. She became scared and almost ran into the equipment.
