paul was very nice and reasonable on doing the job. however, i was not very happy with the outcome of the grout, which is the whole reason i wanted the work done. the rugs came out fine. my husband will now have to do the grout by hand, which we tried to avoid.

We hired Environmental Management to steam clean carpets that I'm sure hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. Everyone from the office personnel to the operator were very accomodating.

He did a great job! I found the cost to be good compared to other companies that were charging more for things I didn't want. I will continue to have him come back and do my carpets again in 6 months or so!
