Bob gave us an estimate within days of our first conversation. He was honest about what we needed (and what we didn't) and his price was considerably more reasonable than our other estimates. He came himself to do the job at the time and date agreed upon and finished within the time frame he gave us. The following day, we noticed a few streaks on one area of our tile floor. I called Bob and within hours he returned to our home and went over the streaks (all they needed was a damp mop, but instead of telling me to try that - he came and did it himself). The next day he called to be sure we were happy with his work! I highly recommend Bob

Bob did a wonderful job cleaning and sealing the tile grout. It had several years of ground in dirt accumulated. Unfortunately, he didn't clean up after himself. Prices were very reasonable compared to other estimates.

Very prompt, professional and true to word on the services contracted. Went beyond services that were contracted after seeing double glass slider was horrible from a remodel and needed desperate cleaning. He cleaned the glass slider without hesitation which then put him off schedule in performing the contracted services. Also cleaned some throw rugs that were thrown in at last minute. Bob never balked or complained!! Of course I gave him additional payment for the additional services BUT he was not going to charge me!!! Definitely will use again and will gladly refer to other people.
